What information we collect

When you apply as an artist, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• City
• Organization or company name (if applicable)
• Artist statement
• Portfolio images, video files, and CV documents you submit

When you submit a contact form, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Organization name
• Project description and preferences

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Email address

Automatically, we collect:

• IP address and basic usage data via Google Analytics and Webflow's built-in analytics
• Browser type and device information

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Review and evaluate artist applications
• Respond to project inquiries from brands and institutions
• Send newsletters and updates to subscribers who have opted in
• Improve the website and understand how it is used

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

How long we keep your data

Artist applications — if your application is not accepted, your submitted data and files are deleted promptly following the review decision. If accepted, your profile information is retained for as long as you remain listed in the directory.

Contact form submissions — retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your inquiry.

Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data — retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings (26 months by default). You can adjust this in your Google Analytics account settings.

Who we share your data with

We work with the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each handles data only as necessary to provide their service:

• Google Drive — secure file storage for submitted portfolio materials
• Airtable — CRM database for managing applications and inquiries
• MailerLite — email delivery for newsletters and confirmation emails
• Cloudflare — file storage and content delivery infrastructure
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics
• Webflow — website platform and hosting

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (including unsubscribing from newsletters)
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to enable core website functionality via Webflow. Google Analytics cookies track anonymized usage patterns to help us understand how visitors interact with the site.
